Tauscher farm is one of the many Government controlled produce farms in Wisconsin. They regulate what is grown and how much. On top of that, they also supply eggs and dairy to the state. It's all very regulated, but it's better than nothing. Tauscher Farms was fixed up after the world ended and re-opened to be of use.
